Here I share a nice surprise I've found while I was browsing at an artcraft souvenir store at Barichara - Colombia: a braided plastic shopper bag. I always bet for basics to make your look something big and stylish. These bags made from used plastic bags are a good choice to be eco, fashion and unique.

Aquí les comparto una gran sorpresa que me he encontrado en Barichara-Colombia, cuando estaba hechando un vistazo a las tiendas de souvenirs de este pueblito tan bonito: las shopper bags de plástico trenzado. Como siempre, apuesto por cosas básicas para hacer de tu look algo grande, y en esta ocasión ecológico, fashion y diferente.

Here I am back after a small wedding brake with one of my favorite trends at present : ARABESQUES'S T-Shirts. This so various prints look so well in a simple white T. It has come this season but it will show next summer as well. So, not only arabesques for curtains, rugs or carpets... wear them on yourself!!!

Luego de un pequeño descanso tras una gran boda, he regresado con una de mis tendencias favoritas actuales: CAMISETAS CON ARABESCOS. Estos diversos estampados quedan muy bien en sencillas camisetas blancas. Llegaron este verano, pero seguro volverán el próximo. Por lo que no dejemos los arabescos sólo para cortinas, alfombras o tapetes..... usemóslos en nosotros mismos.

She was born in Popayan, one of the most beautiful areas for artcraft in Colombia and now she is succeeding with her braceletes and accesories all over Spain and Europe. This is what I define as a love brand, always with a great vibe behind. Im so proud of her job, and hope to have more of her pieces also here in America!!!

Is still summer time, so here more summer stuff, this time highlights of SpringSummer 2012 for men in Milano, here I go with my favorite looks. Take note of greys, golfer´s shoes, silk-scarfs printed shirts, crossed blazers,  a bit of color blocks and short jackets ( to waist).

Aún es verano, por eso aquí algunas cosas a resaltar, mis looks favoritos en la pasarela de hombre de Milano, primavera-verano 2012. Visiting the Museum of Modern Art of Medellín (MAMM, spanish) I could enjoy the art of Germán Alonso Garcia. Art beyond his death, expressing kitsch, erotic, realistic, surreal and eclectic feelings!!! If you can, go to SORTILEGIO, an exhibition with some of his creations!

Visitando el Museo de Arte Moderno de Medellín (MAMM), pude disfrutar el arte de Germán Alonso García. Arte más alla de su muerte, expresando sentimientos kitsch, eróticos, realistas, surreales y eclécticos!!!. Si pueden, acerquense a SORTILEGIO, una exhibición con alguna de sus creaciones.
